Q. - I'm a loan officer and I want to purchase your MortgageTools promotional software for my Realtors. Is there a way I can add my information to the software in addition to having it branded with my Realtor's information? A. - Yes, we have designed the software to do just that. There is a menu item called "Mortgage Advice" and when a user clicks on this menu link, another window opens and your information is displayed there. This is an added feature and available under a single license. Q. - I'm interested in your web calculators but I don't want to put them in my web page. I would like to have them as a pop-up window and just put the link in my web page, is that possible? A. - You can use the web calculators as a pop-up web page. This is simple to do, and we even provide the coding to make that modification when you order our product. Q. - You mention that the taxes, insurance and closing cost can be customized, but what if I don't know what these items are. Will the calculators still work? A. - Yes, they will. You can let us know these values, or you can just work with the default values that are already programmed in to the calculators. We have taken great care and effort to research what typical cost are for every state and they will work just fine using these values. We just give you the option of being able to be a little more precise for your market. No other calculator gives you this much flexibility. Q. - Can I use framesets with your calculators? A. - No, framesets represnt a challenge with licensing and security issues. We currently do not allow our web calculators to be used in a frameset. Q. - What kind of hosting requirement do I need with your web calculators? A. - If you can upload a web page to a server, you can use our web calculators. Other versions require that you upload to certain types of servers with the appropiate software installed before their calculators will work. Our solution is so simple, you can use it with the most basic hosting service, making it extremely affordable and accessible to anyone. Q. - I purchased a web calculator from some other company and they wanted to charge me a yearly fee to keep using their calculators. Do you charge a fee like this? A. - No, we do not charge any recurring fees. You pay a one-time licensing fee and that's it. You know what your total cost is going to be with out product, which makes it easy to afford and budget. Q. - Are you planning to make the MortgageTools software available for the MAC? A. - We currently do not have any plans to offer the software version for MAC users. The web calculators will work across all PC platforms, but the software version will only work with PC's running Windows including Vista. Q. - When I was installing the web calculators, I accidentally changed something and now the calculators wont work. Can I get another copy of the calculators so I can try this again? A. - Yes. When you placed your order, you created an account in our web site. We have put your order on our site and can download it any time you wish. Just login to your account to access the files. |

I'm very impressed with this product. I put in all the information that I could remember from my current loan and all the calculations including taxes were almost dead on!!! This is the most comprehensive calculator I've ever seen for the average consumer. It takes
the guess work out of what numbers to enter such as the taxes and insurance cost.
