I'm very impressed with this product. I put in all the information that I could remember from my current loan and all the calculations including taxes were almost dead on!!! This is the most comprehensive calculator I've ever seen for the average consumer. It takes the guess work out of what numbers to enter such as the taxes and insurance cost.

I'm very impressed with this products versatility and it's ease of use. I would highly recommend this software to anyone looking to purchase or refinancing a home
